The Toper Shop Roaster of the SX series are synonymous to modern technologies with a higher batch capacity compared to conventional coffee roasting machines on the market, guarantee an optimal roasting process of the highest quality. They are real Drum Roaster.
The Shop Roaster of the SX series are available with 6 different batch capacities between 3-30 kg / batch or 12-90 kg / hour zur Verfügung.
The TKM-SX Shop Roaster can optionally be supplied with a Touch Panel System. The use of the touch panel system results the reduction in roasting time and an increase the quality assurance. It is an excellent tool for roasters in small and larg roasteries, coffee shops and cafés. The parameter of roasting profiles or coffee roasting recipes can be preset, saved and loaded with simple touches.
The Touch Panel System has the necessary interfaces for the use of external coffee roasting software such as Cropster® and Artisan.
